PROJECT MODELING & FAMILY CONTENT CREATION
FOR REVIT & CODEBOOK
CDV Systems has provided staff which modeled millions of square feet of projects around the world. These services are for both modeling of Revit RVT or RFA files and CodeBook project or library database files.
Client project types which have been modeled in Revit include models for SD, DD or CD submissions, phasing & site logistics planning, clash detection across all trades, quantity takeoffs, custom office BIM standard family creation and more.
CodeBook project services which have been done for clients in the past include databases for SD, DD or CD submissions, custom project Room Data Sheet (RDS) Reports, equipment library database creation which includes batch loading equipment room template families into Revit models, office BIM standard family creation and more.
This “as needed” modeling service can be done on-site or remotely for a short term at the start of the project, during a charrette, or as a full-time team member for the duration of the project.

PRE-MODELING THE "Train the Project" TRAINING MODELS
If "Train the Project" Training has multiple buildings on the site, a portion of the SD 2-D CAD drawings can be pre-created by CDV Systems as Revit models or CodeBook databases. This allows the class to understand on the first day of training, what a well-built SD Revit model or CodeBook database of their own design should look like. It also "jump starts" the project team by having some of the SD models completed prior to the training. Proposals for this service can be provided upon request.
