“Overall, my impressions of the implementation training were very positive. This is what our company needed. CDV’s course exceeded certain expectations mostly because my goal was to give our firm every reason to take on Revit as our primary production software. Our trainer was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. Implementation, for us, however, is more than a one week process. We could have utilized our trainer for a month. I realize that is impossible but that fact remains that we got a lot done in a week, but I feel there was too much left. Our instructor was fantastic. He was patient and thorough with our questions and inquiries. He was able to answer all of our questions and did a good job explaining how the software works, which was crucial for our own development.

My impressions are that implementation is nearly required for a firm to fully comprehend and utilize the software to its potential. We ended up going with CDV because they offered this package and it has proved itself worthwhile. Would I recommend CDV’s implementation services to others? Absolutely. The hardest part is getting a firm to accept new software. This implementation has streamlined it to make it as easy as possible.”
