CDV Systems provides staffing to take a BIM leadership role in managing the client Project Revit models, the Project CodeBook databases and client team members use of the BIM models. The goal is to pass the BIM management of the project to the team members once they are ready.

This "as needed" service can be done on-site or remotely for a short term at the start of the project, during a charrette, or as a full-time team member for the duration of the project. As the Project BIM Manager, the roles of the CDV Specialist would flow between Project BIM Mentoring, Project BIM Modeling, Project BIM Implementation, and "Train the Project" BIM Training
